Join SMO and OU’s choirs for an outdoor musical experience at Scripps Amphitheater behind Scripps Hall at Ohio University. Weather permitting, SMO will wow the crowd with a diverse set of tunes from a variety of genres. This is the final concert of the year so stop by and see us one last time before the end of the semester.
Catch SMO at the 2018 HoCo parade. We will march through West Union Street, up Court Street and end up at the Schoonover Center for Communications to sing for OU President Duane Nellis. OU students and members of the Athens Community. This year, the 2018 Homecoming Parade will celebrate "Athens State of Mind" with spirited floats, banners, and displays representing both the University and the surrounding community.
The end of the year has come and the A Capella Invitational is here! Join us next Saturday, April 28th for a capella groups from around OU's campus. Groups include The Leading Tones, Picardy Thirds, The Tempo Tantrums, New Chords on the Block, Title IX, and Section Eight.
The event will be at Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium starting at 7:30 p.m.
The Singing Men of Ohio saddles up for Lexington, Kentucky! Join SMO at Saint Luke United Methodist Church for the fifth concert on their spring tour. Scott County High School Choirs will be joining us to perform their own repertoire. The concert begins at 7 p.m. and will end at 9 p.m.
Brilliant American composer Gwyneth Walker has been recognized as an amazing creator of musical artwork. The Singing Men of Ohio, the Ohio Women's Ensemble, University Singers, Kings High School Women's Chorale, and students from the OU voice division will be honoring her with a concert featuring her various musical compositions. Join us Friday October, 20th for a celebration!
The first concert of the year is here! The Singing Men of Ohio will be sharing an eventful night with Choral Union, the Ohio Women's Ensemble, and the University Singers.
